Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchases which is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. 

This means that if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you have 7 days from the date of receipt of parcel to Exchange (no refunds) your item as long as it is unused/unworn and in its original condition after contacting us first.   All items being returned for exchange must be sent back in its original packaging in its entirety and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to replace the item.   If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Should you have any concerns with your purchase or if your parcel arrives damaged please contact me vial email at paula@thepirateandthegypsy.com as soon as you receive the parcel.  Otherwise the buyer is responsible for any damage made to their jewelry after they receive it, as it becomes normal daily wear and tear.  

Please note that this applies to regular priced items only and all sale items are a final sale.  There is not exchanges on earrings for hygienic reasons.  Thank you for your understanding.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Pricing

Our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will convert the Canadian dollar amount to your local currency based on the day’s current exchange rate.  Visit http://www.xe.com/ for up-to-date rates.

Taxes

Taxes will be added according to your shipping address. No sales taxes will be added to American or International orders. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that are charged on international shipments that may apply when the product enters your country.

​Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit/credit cards. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server. For security reasons, we do not keep permanent records of your credit card information on file.

Orders are processed on ready to wear/ready made items 2-3 business days from the time payment is received. Custom orders can take 3 to 4 weeks before shipping.  All items are shipped in bubble packaging and wrapped in decorative boxes and pouches ready for gift giving. 

The Pirate + The Gypsy Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels or undeliverable addresses. Please double check that the address you provide is correct. If parcel is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the cost to reship the item.  In the event of a damaged package please contact me within 2 days of receipt of parcel at paula@thepirateandthegypsy.com 

 Please note that buyers are responsible for any duty fees or import taxes upon parcel arrival. Please be patient as there may be delays in delivery due to customs.
