We are a Canadian company and we ship from New Westminster, BC via Canada post.
Orders are processed on ready to wear/ready made items 2-3 business days from the time payment is received. Custom orders can take 3 to 4 weeks before shipping. All items are shipped in bubble packaging and wrapped in decorative boxes and pouches ready for gift giving.
The Pirate + The Gypsy Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels or undeliverable addresses. Please double check that the address you provide is correct. If parcel is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the cost to reship the item. In the event of a damaged package please contact me within 2 days of receipt of parcel at email@example.com
Please note that buyers are responsible for any duty fees or import taxes upon parcel arrival. Please be patient as there may be delays in delivery due to customs.
We want you to be happy with your purchases which is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.
This means that if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you have 7 days from the date of receipt of parcel to Exchange (no refunds) your item as long as it is unused/unworn and in its original condition after contacting us first. All items being returned for exchange must be sent back in its original packaging in its entirety and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to replace the item. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Should you have any concerns with your purchase or if your parcel arrives damaged please contact me vial email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you receive the parcel. Otherwise the buyer is responsible for any damage made to their jewelry after they receive it, as it becomes normal daily wear and tear.
Please note that this applies to regular priced items only and all custom design, special orders, and sale items are a final sale. There is no exchanges on earrings for hygienic reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
